We build stitch files that hold their shape on every garment type, from polo pique to fleece and heavy twill. Stitch type, density and underlay are chosen for the fabric, so your logo reads the same on a cap as it does on a jacket back.
Send us your logo, artwork, text, or idea. Our team reviews the design and prepares it for embroidery with proper detailing and thread planning.
We send you a stitch preview so you can see how the design will sew before you run it. Revisions are unlimited until you are satisfied.
Once approved, our digitizers build the stitch file by hand. Stitch paths, underlay, density and pull compensation are set for the fabric and garment you are running.
A senior digitizer checks every file before it leaves us: stitch count, colour sequence and trims. Your finished file is emailed in DST, PES or whichever format your machine reads.

Digitizing starts at $7 for cap and left chest designs and $25 for jacket backs. Your price depends on design size, stitch count and complexity, not on how many revisions you need, because editing is always included. You get a firm quote before any work begins, so the price you approve is the price you pay.
Bulk embroidery digitizing rates are available for decorators and distributors who send us work regularly. If you run more than 50 orders a month, tell us your volume and we will quote a per-file rate instead of list pricing.
